[ロシア連邦青年事業庁国際部Selisakhフォーラム 参加者募集]
今夏８月にロシア連邦 サハリン州にて行われる青年交流プログラムです。
自然の宝庫サハリンにて学生、社会人の交流キャンプです。
昨年11月にも、ロシア連邦青年事業庁の企画で日露間で優秀な学生派遣がモスクワで
行なわれましたが、今回もまた、内容の違ったフォーラムが開催されます。
参加者は総勢500名ほどで、参加対象国はロシア、米国、中国、韓国、日本等々。
ロシアでキャンプする機会なんて滅多にありませんし、
ロシアに一週間、１０万円弱で行けます。オススメできる企画です。
ちなみに露-英の通訳さんが付きますので、英語ができればオッケーです。
このキャンプで目立って良い成績を残せた人は、
ロシアのマスター学位を取得するスカラーシップもあるようです。
昨年の12月から今年1月にかけて
ペルミバレエ学校ウィンターセミナーを立案企画させて頂いた際にお世話になった、
ロシア連邦青年事業庁 国際部 日本側特別顧問の紫竹さんよりご連絡があり、
大変興味深い内容なので、ここでご紹介しています。

東京大学経済学部の友達からの情報では、
現在ロシアでは日本の（特に理系）技術者が求められており、リア・ノーバスチ通信社で
「どうやったら入社できるか」という問いに、
社員の方が「東大工学部卒なら無条件」と冗談でもおっしゃっていたほどだそうです。

ご挨拶
日本とロシアはあらゆる面で重要な隣国でありながら、北方領土問題等が未だ解決の
途にあり、未だ平和条約も締結されていない現状です。
しかしながら両国と取り巻く政治的、経済的観点から判断すると、日本とロシアの関係は
速やかに成就されなければなりません。
このようなことから、両国の問題解決に向け、我々日本人は民間外交の立場で、互いの国
をより深く知り、相互理解をいっそうふかめなければなりません。
そのためロシア連邦 青年事業庁と当方日本代表部はロシア政府機関、関連団体等との
協力関係により当交流事業を推奨することとなりました。
ロシア連邦 青年事業庁 国際部 日本代表部では、これからの新時代に向け、日露経済、
文化等の発展のため、その基となる若き人材を育成することを目的とし、今回のフォーラム
のために、両国の益々の発展に寄与してくれる若者を選抜し、民間外交の特使として、友好
関係を深めることを期待しております。
昨年(2011年度)の当Selisakhフォーラムはロシア、ヨーロッパ、米国等の参加がほとんど
でしたが、当プログラムを日本をその対象国と位置づけたことで、これからのロシアの発展
及び我が国日本の更なる発展が更に一歩前進することでしょう。
当プログラムは、さまざまな分野の両国の学識者、技術者、研究者、等々によって、今後の
日本とロシアが益々発展してゆくための礎となることを目的としております。

The International Youth Educational Forum SeliSakh-2012 "The new economy and youth initiatives".
International Youth Educational Forum SeliSakh - 2012, "The New Economy and youth initiatives" (hereinafter - the Forum) - an annual educational platform, which is carried out to develop different youth projects and initiatives in the field of entrepreneurship (business), innovation, information and volunteer projects in the Far East and Sakhalin region.
Organized by: Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation Federal Agency on Youth Affairs The Government of the Sakhalin Region Russian Foundation "National Perspectives" Location: Russian Federation, Sakhalin island, Sakhalin Region Dates: August 24 – 28th, 2012 The main purpose of the Forum:
Development and implementation of international business projects in the Far East and Sakhalin region, the disclosure of the economic potential of the Far Eastern region (in such spheres as tourism, energy projects, transport logistics).
Support of the effective dialogue between Russian officials and representatives of business structures and foreign management of investment funds, multinational corporations and international organizations in order to strengthen international relations and attract investments in the region.
Creation of discussion facilities on current issues in actual global economy.
Participants of the Forum (700 people):
1. Participants from foreign countries - the young entrepreneurs, innovators, young leaders aged 20 to 35 years from both Europe and South-Eastern Asia including such countries as: Japan, China, North and South Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Germany, Austria (200 people).
2. Young professionals, entrepreneurs, innovators, young leaders mostly from the Far Eastern Federal District and some other regions of the Russian Federation aged 20 to 35 years (100 people), working in various branches of economy including:
- global economy;
- business and innovative start-ups;
- tourism sector;
- energy sector;
- transport and logistics.
3. Youth activists of Sakhalin Region (200 people).
4. The international experts, representatives of investment funds and financial-industrial groups interested in the investment and innovation in the Sakhalin region and the Far East (100 people).
and pass a competitive selection based on your academic and professional achievements, community service, leadership skills and command of English.
Program of the Forum: 1. Educational program for regional delegations of the Far East Federal District and the youth activists of Sakhalin Region: general lectures, workshops and round table discussions on the project activities, the development of youth initiatives, youth development projects, including the grant competition and the pipeline of youth projects. 2. The program of conferences, discussion forums with international and Russian delegations to develop international projects, young professionals and entrepreneurs on the themes: - Development of international tourism in the Far East; - Energy and Energy Projects in APEC (the problems of security and energy efficiency); - General trends of the global economy; - Economics of APEC 2010-2020. Russia entering the WTO; -Business projects, innovative start-ups and support of youth entrepreneurship; - The investment climate in Russia and APEC; - Transport and Logistics Far East.
